Bringing a unique European sensibility to the Tampa Luxury building market, Edwin Iicken began his education in the construction industry from the ground up. As General Manager and owner of MAK Homes he collaborated with every trade in the business. In 2006 he followed his passion for design & build developing many exclusive custom homes in the Tampa Bay area. In 2015 he teamed with Steve Ritchie and together the inception of Brookshire Homes was created. Edwin holds a Masters Degree in International Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas.
